A llow our chef to create a menu especially for you. Choose from some of our favorites, or let us know some of yours. We take food very seriously and use only the best ingredients. All of our salads are made with locally grown organic greens and all of the vegetables that are obtainable come from the Brattleboro Farmers Market. We are happy to obtain free range chicken and beef that has been raised without antibiotics or hormones. Talk to us about what is important to you.
